We received a last minute call to participate in the Hunger Mountain Coop Food and Wellness Expo on Nov 14th.  It was a great event.  We were giving 15 minute free sample treatments.  Below is a shot from the event.  We also announced a year round special for members of the coop (we love coops at OPEN) to receive treatments at a discounted price of $15.

Mark your calendars! Beyond the free treatments there will be coffee, tea, goodies, streaming viewing of a documentary about community acupuncture and lots of opportunity to discuss acupuncture. This is the perfect opportunity to introduce that friend or family member to acupuncture - or just someone you want to see get needles stuck in them! They can come and watch and even get a free treatment :)

OPEN Community Acupuncture will be supporting the Senior Center of Waterbury and Meals on Wheels this coming Friday October the 23rd by donating an OPEN 5 for $75 Punch Card for the auction during the Fall Harvest Dinner.  Be sure to come out to support a great part of our community and take the opportunity to win some acupuncture treatments!

Cool weather doesn't need to be the end of your acupuncture treatments.  We have cozy blankets and a great skill of creating warm tents to allow for coverage and not disturbing your treatment.  And acupuncture is very good at getting those cold hands and feet warmed up!
